| Private room available for a single person starting on Feb 1st (female preferred). This basement unit has two bedrooms, a shared kitchen, a living room, and one washroom. Laundry is available in the unit, and ALL UTILITIES are included in the rent. Optional parking on the driveway is available for an extra $ (can be used just in the winter). The room is furnished with a single bed and a small desk. We also have kitchen appliances you are welcome to use. -In the other room are two people, we are a friendly young couple, both working full-time, and we are looking for a respectful and friendly roommate. We like to keep our environment reasonably quiet and clean; if you are interested, please let me know more about you or reach out with any questions.
