| Room is available IMMEDIATELY! The 3rd room will not be occupied. Myself and my husband are a mature, happily married gay couple (NOT looking for a 3rd). We are working professionals. We have a very well behaved 3.5-year-old Shih-tzu dog who doesn't even bark as he was trained as a puppy with an anti-bark collar. He is VERY friendly. We also have 2 cats, but they don't bother people. I work-from-home so I am always home with the animals. The main floor has a powder room (i.e. ½ bath), entry to garage, galley kitchen, kitchen-nook, living and dining room and rear entrance to the backyard. The large bedroom has: a queen size bed, desk (not shown in pic), TV (streaming services only), 2 bedside tables and a double-door closet. This room is $800 all inclusive (except groceries). 1st and last required. All bedrooms are located on the upper floor with a shared bathroom. It has a walk-in shower and a separate deep soaker tub. We are friendly people and very clean and quiet. We also have a beautiful larger backyard with gazebo, firepit, BBQ and outdoor furniture which you would be welcome to use. My home office and laundry room are located in the basement, so access would be limited during my working hours Mon-Fri 8am-5pm. The only thing we will NOT tolerate is ABSOLUTELY NO DRUG USE! Other than that, we are a very accepting couple. My husband works full-time outside the home on Monday, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. There is only 1 parking spot available, however, there is on-street parking. Also, just steps away from OC Transpo stop (Route # 30). Strip plaza with grocery store, pharmacy, Dollarstore, Tim Hortons etc. is also just around the corner. |
