It is a pretty new condo, with a balcony, dishwasher, microwave, oven, blackout curtains, washing machine and dryer. The location is nice, ~200 meters walk from Queen Metro Station, 5 minutes from Eaton Shopping Center, and within walking distance to the financial district and university. Life is convenient. There are two large supermarkets nearby, Metro, No Frills. There is St Lawrence Market too. You can also walk to the lake for a walk. Now huge discount price if you can rent from May 1st, because we really want to rent fast.. only 1595 per month! Term generally starting from May 1st to the end of August. The lease term is negotiable or can potentially be followed by a long-term lease.
