| Preferably looking for a female student to rent room for the summer term of May-July. The Master Bedroom is available for 750$ (with utilities) which includes access to the entire house with laundry, 3 bathrooms (one on each floor), kitchen, dining room, parking space, and garage. The house has a modern design and is renovated. The house is an 8 minute walk from Masonville mall and a 10 minute bus ride to campus. The bedroom currently has a twin bed with the bedframe with two sliding closets (text me and I will send you a video of how it looks). The neighborhood is really nice and the community is a great place to live over the summer. If you are interested in renting the house with a group, there are four other bedrooms and I can send out pictures and videos, so reach out if you're interested!
