| We are a family of 3 looking for a house to rent long term. Both parents work from home. We are looking for anywhere from Richmond hill, king city, Aurora, New Market, Shomberg, or Markham. A backyard is important to us. Min 2 bedroom/2 bathroom. We do not want any other tenants living in the home (ex.basement) We have perfect record with previous landlord(references available) Paystubs/work history available. If needed we can pay a couple months upfront. We are looking for a family friendly/safe neighborhood. No townhouses. We do not smoke We have one car Move in date August 1st |
