The House is a spacious 2.5 storey Victorian house with character, hardwood floors, gorgeous vintage light fixtures, skylights, high ceilings, big kitchen and offers a comfortable and welcoming living space. It has been well-maintained and well-loved by it’s owners (a sweet old Italian couple) that lived in the property for 50+ years. We love the place we live in and are looking for someone that will take as good care of it as we do. Our landlords are also the very attentive to any possible issue (repairs etc) and are overall very sweet. About the Apartment: Location: Junction Triangle Length of Stay: 1 year + Utilities will average around 90-130 depending on time of the year with winters being on the higher end. Room 1 Info: Size: 5.18m x 4.25m Rent: 1127.50 CAD + utilities and internet Move in Date: January 1st 2025 Room 2 Info: Size: 3.70m x 3.10m Rent: 922.50 CAD + utilities and internet Move in Date: December 1st 2024 About us: We are both in our mid 20s, quiet, clean, and respectful, queer (nb and genderfluid, femme presenting) and pet-friendly (except dogs). We’ve known eachother and lived together for a few years and we are looking for two people to share this beautiful house with! We also have 2 cat’s (one extremely afraid of dogs) so pets except dogs are welcome! (Cat’s are always a plus!)
