Includes a shared bathroom, common areas, and a balcony with great views (like for real). Laundry and dryer in the apartment. * Room: Comes unfurnished. Spacious enough to fit a queen bed and small desk, with a large closet for ample storage. (Note: my current roommate is trying to sell his frame and mattress so if interested, lmk) * Building Amenities: Brand-new gym with updated equipment, free classes (yoga, Pilates, barre), and a communal co-working space on the main floor.
