| A master bedroom - approx 16 ft by 11 ft - on the lower level of a 2 floor house in central Oshawa suburb. Unfurnished, wood floor, near Rossland and Wilson, 10 minute walk from grocery store and pharmacy. House is mostly furnished, but has room for more. Shared bathrooms upstairs and downstairs. 1 parking spot available, house has AC and heating, spacious front yard, back yard, and deck. Room is a little cold in the winter, but nice and cool for the summer. Available June 2nd. 3 roommates, all males in their 30’s, mostly busy working during the week. We’re pretty quiet and easygoing. We rotate light cleaning duties every week - mowing, sweeping up, taking the garbage out, that sort of thing.
