Street parking available but 4 months in winter no overnight but there is plaza nearby where can pay to park for monthly low fee those 4 months. Address close to house is 2200 Brock Rd, Pickering for approximate location. Near Highway exit, Brock Rd and 401 Large Master bedroom for rent with private jacuzzi washroom, dresser and walk in closet. House is very spacious, clean, peaceful, central AC/Heat and renovated and beautiful park right by house and only 3 min walk to main bus stop 112 Brock on Durham Transit and close to Walmart etc. Looking for full time employed and nice, friendly and cooperative roommate. Rent is 1275 per month for 1 person (internet and utilities included) and 1375 for 2 occupants and 6 months commitment required after which will become month to month and 30 days notice if want to leave and I the landlord can also give 30 days notice for roommate to leave(if not following basic house rules and aggressive etc). Master BedRoom is located on upper floor so no worries of ppl living above u and making noise above u like in basement or ground floor rooms. Also room has very nice strong lock and not a basic lock so more safety, also cameras in house entrance etc. Master bedroom has own private renovated washroom with Jacuzzi too. The kitchen will be shared with all 3 of us and u will have 2 entire cupboard spaces and one shelve which is lots of space. You can use the living room if want to hangout. Laundry/ dryer will be available 2 loads a week. Room is furnished w bed, pillows, nightstand, shelf, dresser and desk/chair (what you see in main pic). Small storage space also available in the garage and in house. RULES of the roommate agreement – No Pets, No smoking inside the house, No loud noises after 10.00pm, clean up after using dishes, cameras in main entrance/ garage for everyone’s safety, no parties allowed, 1 visitor allowed for overnight stay only one night a week(like if have gf), 1 visitor allowed 2 days in a week at other time, so house does not get overcrowded, and have to be friendly/non aggressive with roommates. House is very peaceful and the other roommates rarely have guests over, but you are allowed to have 1 visitor only twice a week if want, but no parties etc so make sure ok with rules. Utilities and high speed internet included in rent. First and last month rent required plus 150 security deposit which will be returned when leaving ( so 2700 total). Can pay total amount during signing agreement on day get the room. Payment will be done using Interac email transfer so there is record of payment and trackable for your peace of mind that no scam. Room available from Oct 1st, but maybe day before.
