| We are looking for a female roommate within our 4 bedroom home. The home is brand new and includes new appliances. The laundry is located at the upper level and all rooms as well. The home is shared between 3 girls currently and the utilities are shared among all tenants. All tenants are currently working and we are looking for a clean, mature and respectable addition to the home. The home is pet friendly but already has a quiet and friendly dog, she is an important part of the home and is occasionally away from the residence, we cannot add additional pets to the home. The utilities will be shared equally among all 4 tenants eventually and the driveway has room for another vehicle. All nearby stores are at a decent 10-15 distance from the home. If you are someone who likes to do joint groceries and cooking, most of us are happy to do so. We only request that anyone joining us respect that no Beef or Pork is cooked at the residence due to religious reasons. Your room will be attached to a jack and jill washroom as shown and has a huge closet, with plenty of additional storage if required.
