The kitchen comes fully stocked with everything you might need including a coffee maker, rice cooker, microwave, stove, dishes and all cookware. The bedroom has a beautiful queen sized bed, perfect for a couple or single. There's a workspace included along with high speed internet. In addition, there's a power generator to the home so city wide power outages during storms will have a minimal affect on you. Laundry is located in the space and the apartment is impeccably clean and quiet. The apartment is located in a home with a separate entrance and the landlord lives in the other area of the house. Parking is included in the driveway with zero car shuffling. The home is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood, close to nature trails, a park with a tennis court and basketball court, and a bike path. The neighbourhood is friendly and welcoming. You will be greeted with a smile if you are out for a walk as you pass by neighbours. Only a short 5 minute drive to all amenities including groceries, Walmart, Canadian tire and various restaurants. While the apartment is private with a separate entrance, it's nice to know a little bit about who lives in the other area of the home. I'm a high school teacher who lives with my 15 year old son. We are quiet, respectful and friendly. Previous tenants would describe me as a good landlord who welcomes cultural diversity.
