| Room for rent in a cozy 3 bedroom house on Water street. It's only an 8 minute bus ride to Trent University, making it ideal for students! The area has many stores and other student houses as well. 2 friendly and fun second year students currently live in the house. The room is only available as a single occupancy. Very LGBTQ+ and alternative friendly. The room itself is spacious with a built in closet. It's also the biggest one! Rent is $830 a month as you will have access to the entire floor (apart from the two girls' bedrooms), including the basement which is where you will find the laundry and shelf storage. The kitchen is bright and open with a fridge, oven, and stove. All utilities are included apart from Wi-Fi. The house itself is shared with 4 other students living in the front and upper floor.
