| Shared Common Spaces with one upstairs housemate and two other people in the basement. Bedroom and semi-private bathroom, with lots of storage space. We are located in the South end of Peterborough. Many amenities surround the area including Lansdowne Place Mall, Superstore, Fit4Less, and much more. The commute to Fleming College is about 15 minutes. The commute to Trent University is about 45 minutes. Get to know us We are two young working professionals, currently leasing the entire house. As we only use the basement and common spaces, we are looking to sublease the other upstairs room. We have 2 friendly cats named Harvey and Gwen, while they take a while to warm up to humans, unfortunately, we are unable to make accommodations for other pets. Both of our work schedules find us to be in and out of the house at various times, but we are very communicative. We are also very tidy people, while the occasional pile of dishes is understood, cleaning after oneself is a must. The room comes with 2 desks and 2 chairs for you to use and there is room for 2 queen beds.
