| Furnished room for rent in a private home. Available for May 1st for $600/month all-inclusive. The room is in the basement and the ceiling is on the low side (5'11) but it does have a pretty big window and gets some nice afternoon sunlight. The room has a desk, chair, dresser, double bed, mini fridge and microwave and is 9' x 9'10. You would be sharing the home with the homeowner (a woman in her mid thirties). A cat also calls this house home so you must be ok with cats! The house is located on Dumble avenue, has a huge yard with a nice deck and fire pit and backs on to a park and the bike trail. Since the house and the room are fully furnished and there isn't much storage space, this space is suitable for a student/shorter term tenant. Not suitable for couples. Looking to rent to someone who is responsible and tidy, and who will participate in the cleaning schedule!
