The tenant will share the washroom with another female tenant (Trent student). The room is not furnished or can be furnished upon request for additional fee. The house features four bedrooms on the upper floor and two in the walk-out basement. There are 3.5 bathrooms in the house. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, and the common areas are furnished by the owner. The House is well kept and quiet. All tenants are nice. No party in the house. The rent covers: 1. Utilities up to $500/month - any costs above this will be split among the tenants. 2. High-speed internet. 3. House cleaning services arranged by the owner as needed. The owner will also conduct monthly house inspection. Requirements for tenants: 1. A one-year lease agreement, including first and last month's rent, post-dated cheques, and a parent as guarantor or co-signer. 2. No room sharing. 3.
