| Room for rent in a bright, recently renovated two bedroom apartment. **Please read entire ad** I have one room for rent in my two bedroom, one bathroom apartment in Peterborough's north end, minutes from Jackson Park. The apartment was completely renovated before I moved in last June, including new doors, windows, and appliances. Room is suitable for single occupancy only. I have a friendly dog and cat (shown in picture). Potential roommate would need to be comfortable living with pets. Price is $850/per month inclusive (40% of rent). Apartment common areas are completely furnished, including kitchenware. Bedroom is unfurnished. I am flexible on move in date and lease length, within reason. I am a young working professional, who works from home 1-2 days per week. I would preferably like to share my space with a like-minded individual in a similar life stage (mature/graduate student or young professional). LGBTQ+ friendly, prefer to live with another woman.
