Close parking. Shared large balcony off living room Laundry (washer) on site Furnished room optional All inclusive (wifi,heat,electric,water, etc) We are 2 mature young adults, looking for another housemate. We are pretty quiet but enjoy good music and good conversation, cooking, and the occasional communal meal. We each have a bit of company at reasonable hours and enjoy playing good music at respectful hours also. We are both working and study from home, as artistic and musically inclined. We are looking for someone relatively quiet, respecting work and study hours and also, clean and tidy. There is already a rescue cat in the household so any other animals are not permitted at this time. (Exceptions can be made for fish, or caged pets) We are an eco-friendly house hold from bathroom, kitchen and laundry soaps to cleaning supplies so we are looking for someone that is of a similar mind about living a somewhat eco-conscious lifestyle. We are a chemical and fragrance/scent free household. Clear and healthy communication is a must. Our space has a large therapy, yoga room and is available for shared use. |
