Student is required to keep room and bathroom clean. Owner is quiet and private. Shared kitchen and laundry facilities. Food and laundry items not included supplied by student. Available on or before May 1st 2025. 1st and last month rent required. $875.00 per month. Rent is required on time, serious inquiries only. Owner does own a cat that usually keeps to the main floor, student please make sure cat does not leave the house. Please note that garbage day is Thursday mornings and are required to follow the Peterborough garbage and recycling city rules. Thanks. |
