Parking available(if needed)for 1 mid-sized or small vehicle. Who are we?: I work full-time shift work, mostly nights and my other 2 now long-term adult tenants ..1 male he works part-time and one retired lady.We are clean organized and quiet adults that promote a non-party quiet relaxed environment. Looking for same in a roommate.Perfect for student or single working person. Within 10 to 15 mins from Sir Sandford Fleming or Trent University. No illegal drugs, no smoking inside house,designated smoking area outside house if needed.Sorry but absolutely NO pets(due to allergies). A short-term lease to start with (usually 2 or 3 months),if all is going well, possibly leading to a longer-term lease(to be determined).First and last month's rent are required.
