| I have one room available for a female in a five bedroom house and all the roommates are females going to Trent University. They all are really nice, understanding and respectful. The attic room is really big, spacious and comes with a closet and during winter the heating is really nice. This house has everything included: wifi, heating, utilities, parking for two cars, laundry etc. The house is really spacious that whenever you need to store anything extra I guarantee you will always end up finding space for it. The house has: 5 bedrooms, 1 living room, 2 washrooms and 2 kitchens. I have shared the picture of 1 washroom and kitchen because they are on the main floor which are close to my attic and I am always using the main floor ones but any roommate is always welcome to use the upstairs washroom or kitchen when they want to. The bus stop is 1 min walk away and the bus directly goes to Trent University. This house is also on a 17-20 minutes walk to downtown Peterborough.
