| I am a 4th year female student at Trent University looking for a roommate for a 2 bedroom apartment. I am preferably looking for another female student to share the space with, but others are welcome as well. The apartment is a 2 minute walk to bus stops, 15 minute walk to downtown, and 10-15 minute drive to Trent University. Internet, heat and water are included in the rent. Hydro is not included and there are paid laundry machines available. It is also a 3 minute walk to another laundry mat, and corner stores. The house is furnished (living room, kitchen, etc...) but the bedroom will be entirely empty. If you do have furniture that you'd like to bring for the shared spaces just let me know and we can make arrangements :) The lease is for 1 year starting September 1, 2025. There is a possibility to sublease after April (if necessary) that can be discussed. |
