| Available August 1. *NO PARKING AVAILABLE, NO SMOKING* Tenant insurance is required. (Please have proof of insurance ready for move-in date.) One private bedroom located in 120-yr-old family home (one other tenant). Bedroom is the master bedroom with queen bed on 2nd floor and comes furnished and with a tv and fridge. Large closet and dresser. Free wi-fi. The TV has no streaming services connected so you must add your own subscriptions. Shared use of full kitchen on main floor is included and necessary for cooking. There are cabinets for storing your plates, dishes, cutlery, cups etc. in the main kitchen. Laundry is located on second floor, as well as a full shared bathroom (yourself, one other tenant and my daughter - everyone else has their own bathrooms). There is a deck off the second-floor hallway that can also be enjoyed in the summers. No use of backyard included. No pets allowed (except smaller caged animals i.e. snakes, fish, gerbils). The house has two cats who stay primarily on the main floor of the house. Total number of family members is 4 (myself, my brother who has his own unit in the basement, and two children ages 12 and 14 who live here half the time.) No smoking anywhere on the property.
