| Hello there, We are looking for a female student who is interested in signing a one-year lease starting May 1st, 2024, for a room in our cozy two-room basement apartment. One of our two tenants is graduating and moving out and is selling her single bed frame, mattress, dresser set and office chair, if interested (message for photos). The tenant who is continuing their lease, is a lovely, quiet and mature Nursing student. The apartment is in a great location. One bus (#3) to Trent and one bus (#6) to Fleming. Laundry is on site. Rent includes utilities. Internet is the responsibility of the tenants. We are a young couple living in the main house. Access to the basement apartment is through the back yard. The prospective tenant must be comfortable with dogs, as we have a loving but very energetic dog who has access to the yard. Absolutely no smoking is permitted anywhere on site. The prospective tenant must also be comfortable with the landlord occasionally needing access to their room on short notice because the electrical panel for the entire home is located in their bedroom. First and last month's rent are required at the time of signing lease. If you are interested, you must fill out the Rental Application Form (please message for the link to the form).
