The room is located in the basement of a family, friendly home. Please note that there is NOT a separate entrance from the outside to enter. There is a full sized fridge/freezer available for your own personal use. The kitchen is shared upstairs ( stove/oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, ect). Laundry on site ( you are to provide your own high efficiency laundry products). Shared use of dining room. Shared use of backyard ( bbq, deck and outdoor fireplace). The house is within walking distance to a bus stop for Trent University students and Fleming College students. The room is suitable for students or working adults. The room is $1,250 for single occupancy and 2,000 for a couple. No OSPD or Ontario Works. No Families with children please as we have pets. NO other pets allowed please. Absolutely No Drugs ( Including Cannabis)! No Vaping! Cigarette smoking is permitted outside only. First and last months‘rent is required please. References and a Rental Agreement is required please. Utilities are included in the rent ( heat, hydro, water, wifi and t.v.) Disney + , Netflix and Amazon Prime are $20 / month for all three streaming services.
