This non-pet-friendly room is available for sublet from May 1 to August 31, 2025, with an option to sign a new lease from September to August 2026. The room is located in the second floor of a three bedroom apartment, with a bathroom, kitchen, living room, and sunroom shared by two female students. The building is a ten minute walk from Traill College, and within walking distance of downtown, grocery stores and multiple bus routes. The rent is $625/month plus utilities. The room is not furnished, but there is one bed available for sale if interested. About the roomies We are two Trent U students, and are only looking for a quiet, organized, non-smoker/drinker female roommate, preferably another student. This room is available for a sublet from May 2025, but since we are going to renew our lease in September to the end of August 2026, there’s an option for you to stay longer if things work out!
