Student housing looking to rent out ONE bedroom on first floor as soon as possible. Two shared bathrooms. Currently four students live here. House is always kept clean and well taken care of. Roommates are mature and courteous. Rent is $785 and payed on the first of every month. Lease ends on August and can be resigned every year. Rent is payed through e-transfer. All utilities are included, including internet. No laundry but there is a laundromat across the street, less than a minute walk. Across the road is a bus-stop that goes straight to Trent University. Driveway can fit two vehicles and street parking is available. No AC but heating works very well.
