| Location! Location! Location! Are you looking to rent a room in the North End of Peterborough on a quiet, mature street? Need a place now? Then look no further! Available now one bedroom (9 by 10), located in the upstairs of a family, friendly home. It is furnished with a full sized bed, large dresser and an end table. A t.v. and a Cogeco box is also available for your own personal use. The room has a good sized closet. The room faces the front of the house and offers natural light. The kitchen is shared with the homeowners, their adult daughter and one other tenant. The other tenant has their own bedroom and bathroom downstairs. The upstairs bathroom, living room and dining room is also shared with the homeowners and their adult daughter. Laundry onsite ( you must provide your own high efficiency laundry detergent please). Please note that we have pets. Three dogs and two cats. If you do not like pets or are allergic please do not respond to this ad. No other pets or service animals are allowed please, as we are at the number of pets allowed in a home. The rent is $900/ month and is all inclusive ( heat, hydro, water and wifi). You are responsible for buying your own groceries and providing your own bedding and towels. Requirements to rent the room are first months rent upon acceptance of the room, a rental agreement is to be signed and references and proof of employment ( if applicable). The room is for single occupancy only please. No Couples and No Sharing! No Drugs ( including cannabis) and No Vaping Cigarette smoking is permitted outside only please. Close to amenities ( Walmart, Dollarama, fast food restaurants). The house is located within in walking distance to a bus stop for Trent students ( bus 6) and Fleming students. Walking trails close by. The room is suitable for students. Guests are welcome with twenty four hours notice please. There is no parking available. Serious inquiries only please!
