Available June 1st 2025. - Rent for larger bedroom is $800 a month and rent for smaller bedroom is $766 (utilities all included except for wifi which will be shared amongst roommates) - These are private rooms (no room sharing) - Common spaces are fully furnished - Parking is available & bus stop located just seconds away - Laundry is available in house - Other amenities include air conditioning, dishwasher, private deck, fenced in backyard & lots of storage space - Must be okay with one very well behaved, sweet cat! |
