| Hi! Im subletting my room in a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom house in the downtown area. The common spaces are shared between one other roommate. Rent is $900, all inclusive and a cleaner comes once a month! The house is fully furnished, the bedroom includes a double bed, dresser, TV (chrome cast included), desk and chair. Laundry is on site and shared between my roommate and the basement tenants. Ideally the sublet would start May 1st - August 31st but i’m open to negotiating. Please message me with any questions! |
