The building is located at 15 Acacia Avenue in the New Edinburgh /Lindenlea area. It is close to shopping, buses (#5, #6 and #7), the By-Ward Market, and tennis courts. Global Affairs and the University of Ottawa are about a twenty-five minute walk. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and green--and near good schools.. Tenants at 15 Acacia are considerate of others. Apartment #1 is on the middle floor of 15 Acacia--about three steps above street level. One person lives above this apartment and one below. The apartment has high ceilings (with fans) and character. It comes equipped with four appliances--fridge stove, washer, and drier. The outside dimensions of the building are 16’ by 48’.
