Room will come furnished with a double bed, desk, and dresser. Apartment includes in-unit laundry and air conditioning, and will be fully furnished with TV, dishwasher, microwave, etc. Cleaning supplies and cooking utensils available for use as well. Apartment is located in the Sandy Hill neighborhood across from the Sandy Hill Community Centre, a 5 minute walk to the University of Ottawa and O-Train station, steps away from bus stops, and close walking distance to grocery/ convenience stores, restaurants, and the downtown core.
