| Hey! My name Paulina and I am a second-year student at the University of Ottawa! I’m currently looking for a girl to sublet my room to for the summer! Date: May 1st – August 30th, 2021 (The room is available any time between these months, I am very negotiable in terms of the preferred length of stay!) Location: 319 Wilbrod Street - 5-minute walk to Loblaws - 13-minute walk to the CF Rideau Centre - 9-minute walk to campus - 15-minute walk to the ByWard Market - 1-minute walk to coffee shops (Happy Goat and Starbucks) Building amenities: Newly renovated, fully furnished, high-speed internet, in-suite coin laundry, lots of storage, 3 full bathrooms, central air conditioning, and all utilities, internet, and cable are included! Rent: $600 (price is negotiable!!!) Details: This is a 7-bedroom unit in a very spacious and modern apartment. The bedroom includes a bed, desk, nightstand, and chair. Would be sharing the unit with three girls (the other 5 will be going home for the summer). One girl will be working a remote full-time job, the other will be working at parliament full-time, and another is doing a research job at the University of Ottawa. All the girls are super sweet and tidy! There is also another room (potentially two) available if you and a friend are looking for a place together!
