| cozy room available for summer sub-letting may 1st-august! in the heart of Old Ottawa South, 10 minute walk from Carleton University, Lansdowne, the canal, the Rideau river, billings bridge...surrounded by lovely little cafes and libraries. The 6 and 7 bus stop right behind the house. Rent is $715/month, with the only additional costs being hydro and wifi. I'm moving out for the summer, as I'm going tree planting. The house is shared with 5 other lovely roommates, however a few of them will be gone part of the summer. We are a friendly, cat-friendly household. Accepting of all people, and maintain a clean safe space. We share kitchen amenities and everything in communal spaces. 2 bathrooms, 2 fridges. We have a lovely front porch, and big living room with shared tv. Laundry and dryer on site. One parking spot available for $30/month. The available room will not be furnished other than a closing cabinet I'm leaving behind |
