| Hey guys I'm subletting my room for the summer (or the chance for a lease takeover) it's on Sweetland Ave and I plan to rent it from Mid May to August 31st. - It's just a 5-minute walk from campus 5 min walk to UO & Lees Campus 3 min walk to Minto gym 5 min walk to Train Station 12 min walk to Loblaws for all your grocery needs. - The rent would be $780 monthly, covering everything - utilities and internet, $732 without hydro and Wifi included. - Roommates are pretty chill and would like to meet whoever is subletting a bit before they move in to see how the vibes are we'd also prefer a female university student to keep the living situation comfortable and harmonious. - DM me for more info please |
