| I'm subletting my apartment for September - December and am looking for a conscientious person to enjoy it. $1000-$1680/month (see options below). Building: Located right in the middle of Centretown, it's easy walking distance to U Ottawa and the downtown core. It is part of the Abiwin Housing Cooperative, which is community-minded and very queer. The apartment: 2 bedroom (one regular, one quite small) with a small kitchen, vibey living room and a bright sunroom. Honestly I love coming home, it's a great place to spend time in. I have a bunch plants that can either a) stay in the apartment if you're into them and comfortable caring for them, or b) live with my friends while I'm gone. Timing: I'm going to be out of town from early September to mid December, but have flexibility on start and end dates depending on your needs. Cost: You have options that could reduce the price by up to $550! Full rent is $1550/month including utilities and Internet. Covered parking available for an extra $130/month Option for taking $500/mo off the cost: Currently I have a 'part time roommate'. She stays in the apartment two nights a week for office days in the city. She arrives late Monday night, basically just stays in her room Tuesday night, and leaves Wednesday morning. She would like to keep this arrangement going during my abscence, however if you prefer not to have the discount, that is an option. If you don't want internet, I could take another $50 off.
