| Looking for a mature individual (preferably female) who loves dogs and plants. 1 bedroom available in a 2-bedroom apartment to share with myself (female) and a sweetie senior dog. The apartment is within a student co-op building, directly across from Parc La Fontaine. 5min walk to 24 bus, close to Sherbrooke and Papineau metro stations. 30mins to Concrodia, 20 mins to McGill and UQAM. Entrance to the apartment is at street level with a large West facing window. Bedroom window faces East into a shared community courtyard. The building also includes a common space that can be used for casual study or booked events. Wifi, heat, electricity and water are all included in the rent. Bedroom will be semi-furnished. Living area and kitchen are furnished - but could use more :) If interested, please respond telling me a bit about yourself! A video walkthrough is also available upon request. NB - For a long term lease beginning September 1st, applicant must be able to prove student status at time of application. While rent is shared (total $1450), each roommate holds a separate lease. |
