| Le français suit ci-dessous I sublet my studio during the months of July and August 2024 (from the 18th of June to the 26th of August), in the 1Eleven building on Cooper St à Ottawa. The studio includes a queen bed, desk with chair, couch and coffee table, television, kitchen (sink, micro-wave, hotplates, fridge), and wardrobe. The bathroom includes a bath, toilet and a sink. You can see images of the "Single Unit" on 1Eleven website. The monthly rent is 1,715$. The lease includes unlimited access to a well-furnished gym, a communal kitchen with ovens, dishwasher and hotplates, a study area, a game room, and a laundry. Reception is open everyday. The location is perfect both for going at uOttawa, taking the train (the uOttawa station is 5 minutes away by walk) and dowtown (15 minutes to reach the Rideau Shopping Center). A parking (cars and bicycles) is available in the garage via Indigo. We will do a walkthrough upon arrival and departure, in-person or by video. On the day of departure, the studio must be in the same state as found on the day of arrival. Il s'agit d'une pièce contenant un lit, bureau, table basse, canapé, télévision, cuisine (évier, micro-onde, plaque de cuisson, réfrigérateur) et armoire. La salle de bain contient un évier, des toilettes et un bain. Vous pouvez avoir un aperçu en images du "Single Unit" sur le site internet de 1Eleven. Le montant mensuel du loyer est de 1,715$. Le loyer inclus un accès illimité à une salle de gym très bien fournie, une cuisine commune (avec fours, plaques de cuisson et lave-vaisselle), une salle d’étude, une salle de jeu, et une laverie. La réception est ouverte tous les jours. La localisation est parfaite aussi bien pour se rendre à l'Université d'Ottawa, que pour prendre le train (la station uOttawa est à 5 minutes à pied) ou se rendre en centre-ville (le centre commercial Rideau est à 15 minutes à pied). Un parking est disponible (automobiles et vélos) dans le garage en réservant par Indigo. Nous ferons un tour du propriétaire en physique ou virtuel, à l’arrivée et au départ.
