| Unfurnished 1 Bedroom in a 3 Bedroom townhouse for rent! My partner (both men) and I have an available space for a roommate in our 3 bed/1.5 bath townhouse. Our house is a 2 minute walk from a bus stop, and an 8 minute walk away from 2 strip malls, along with South Keys station. Hydro included. Rent is $650, + heating, internet, and electric to be split between us. There is not an available parking space. We have 2 cats and a large dog, so regarding pets we would only really be willing to have another cat. The space was a bit crowded when another roommate had a dog. We are 25 year old graduates (Police Foundations & Television Broadcasting) with full time jobs, who enjoy watching movies, playing Warhammer, dungeons and dragons, etc. We'd ideally like to rent to a student around our age. We have furniture, dishes, appliances, etc. so those are not needed. We have a yard! |
