| I am looking for a clean, responsible person, to take over my lease just for the months of September through December. This is ideal for a student who is only taking one semester this year. My apartment is a spacious one bedroom on Fisher ave with an amazing view of the Experimental Farm. Water and electricity are included in the price, and it is already furnished. It is a short distance from both Carleton University and Algonquin Collegr and is right beside the bus stop.
