No extra fees, other than a $40 electronic key deposit. This home has been beautifully designed and set up for comfort. Granite countertops in kitchen and hallway. Additional full size freezer. Variety of counter top appliances. Laundry machines available. Room - includes 2 beds(single & loft), 2 desks(one 6' desk), 1 gaming chair, one ikea poang armchair, 2 Ikea 8 cube storage units, dresser, and a 65" Sony TV XBR65X800H 4K (2021)for research, work or gaming. $850 May or Sept. move in. All rooms include a 3.5 cubic foot freezer. Some of the freezers are in the closets. 3 of the 4 rooms have tv's mounted to the wall. Bus stop within one block on Bank st. Grocery stores(independent and farm boy) 1 & 4 blocks from the home. A private lounge in the building that is accessible with a key fob. An email statement of inclusive rent, with no extra fees, etc, can be provided in an email, after a discussion, and viewing. The email agreement is void, unless it has been confirmed back in agreement. Applicable ID, Work info, or school ID is requested prior to the sent deposit.
