| I'm subletting my room in a 2-bedroom apartment located in Centretown, Ottawa, for the Winter 2025 term (January - April). I'm looking for someone to take over my lease for 4 months. Students or young professionals are welcome (female preferred). You'll have your own private, furnished room, and you'll share the kitchen, bathroom, and living room (currently unfurnished) with a female roommate who is a student at Carleton University. The apartment is conveniently located just a 7-minute drive to Downtown, a 5-minute drive to Parliament Hill, and a 10-minute drive to Carleton University. It's also a 7-minute walk to Lyon train station and close to bus stops (Bank/Gloucester). Lease Term: 4 months (January 2025 - April 2025) Rent: $865 per month Utilities: Hydro and Wi-Fi are split 50-50 with the roommate. Laundry is available on a pay-per-use basis. |
