| Student townhouse available for rent starting from August 1st or September 1st. The house is located on Grenon Ave, nearby Bayshore Mall and Britannia Beach. Bus 11, 85 and 57 are steps away. Three private furnished rooms are available for rent. Living room, dining room, kitchen, basement, backyard, full bathroom, and 1/2 bathroom are the common areas. Basement includes washer and dryer for tenants. Utilities, laundry and internet are included in the rent. Ideally, I'd like either all female tenants or all male tenants (not mixed) to keep things comfortable for everyone. One outdoor parking spot available only for Room 1. * Please let me know if you'd like additional pictures of any of the bedrooms as it's hard to get the whole room in one photo. Each room comes with a built in closet, bed frame/ mattress, linens, pillows, end table, desk, lamp, etc. Room 1: $800 per month Room 2: 750 per month Room 3: $700 per month Applicants will need to provide: - Name and phone number - Proof of income or guarantor - Credit check and reference General rules to consider: - One person per room only - No pets - No drug use or smoking I'm happy to schedule viewings on the weekends.
