| 2 Furnished rooms available for rent in basement. Bigger room with queen bed is $800/month Smaller room with single bed is $700/month There is a shared living/dining area, kitchenette, and bathroom for the tenants in living in the basement. All utilities are included and the rooms are/will be furnished. Property is located close to la cite college and there is a bus stop right outside the house. Please do not simply ask if the room is still available. Introduce your self by mentioning the following: - Your name - Your legal status in Canada - If you have a job or not The entrance and laundry is shared with main floor. So we would prefer to have tenants that share the same culture and beliefs as us. The ideal tenants would be 2 Muslim males or a Muslim couple to rent the entire basement privately. Requirements: - Must be a Muslim. - Provide proof of income. - Must provide first and last month rent. - No pets, no smoking, no weed, no drugs. - Must be clean, quiet, and responsible. - No guests between 7am to 5:30pm Mon-Friday or overnight guests. - Provide a vulnerable sector police record check. All people living in the house is required to provide this due to the daycare agency regulations. We will pay for it. Disclaimer: There is a home daycare centre that runs Mon-Fri from 7am to 5:30pm on the first floor. So if you are a day sleeper then this is not the place for you. No parking. |
