| *We would be willing to accept two students sharing the room and rent each paying $655. If you are a student wanting to house with us and do not have furniture, let us know. We can find stuff on free Kijiji and would be willing to help get you two set up. Teamwork makes the dream work!!! * OR! 1 mature adult paying the full rent of $1330. -Housemates are multifaceted but we strive for a living space that can be quiet, respectful and conducive to self improvement and wellness of mind and body. -1 bedroom, unfurnished plus the common living space upstairs which is very lovely and barely used. The bedroom can be painted/decorated however you want. I really don't care and want you to make the space yours like I have upstairs in my space. -main floor, stairs only to do laundry. -Shared kitchen, shower/bathroom, laundry. - Even though we have many humans in the home already, we still have lots of cupboard spaces for you in the entrance/foyer, bathroom, hallway and kitchen. -Must love dogs. -We can not take extra animals/pets due to allergies and/or bylaw. Please do not ask to bring your cat as some in the home have cat allergies. -No smoking. -Social drinking is fine and cannabis friendly. -No parties. -Access to my vegetable gardens. If you wanted something specific to be grown to eat, that can be arranged I'm sure. Veggies are veggies. -Access to outdoor space for visitors or gatherings. The yard is massive and is like being out of the city when still in it. -Housemates are young adults to age 41. -We like to have a game night a couple times a month. -Walking distance to CHEO, General Campus Hospital, Billings Bridge, Bank St, Downtown, a local/family owned grocery store and Alta Vista plaza where there is a few places to eat, a corner store, shoppers, and a few other shops. *We would be willing to accept 1 mature adult paying the full rent of $1330 or two students sharing the room and rent each paying $655.
