| Hi! I am greatly hoping for other queer people, but not a requirement to apply. I am looking for someone who is relatively quiet, pretty clean and respectful. I am looking for a roommate to occupy the other room in my apartment near the Westboro area. It is month to month. The room itself is private, and not furnished but the rest of the apartment is furnished. The bathroom, the common area and the kitchen are shared with me. There are laundry machines in the building but not the unit itself. The apartment is in a building with other units, and the apartment/building does not have central AC but I do own an AC unit. Utilities are not included, it ranges from an extra ~ $60 to $90 a month depending on the time of year (due to the AC for the most part). Parking is an extra $80 a month. If you are interested please let me know and include some information about yourself. The info could include basic information regarding your situation, your age, but also your interests if you feel comfortable sharing that. Pets are not allowed because I currently have my elderly cat who does not do well with other animals but is incredibly sweet and kind to humans of all genders.
