| I am looking to sublet my room from april(anytime) to the end of august. I am eager to leave so I am quite flexible with any pricing. The rent is originally 850 (everything included) but am willing to lower it by however much. The unit is in the third floor and is a girls only unit with 6 other people. If you want to take over the lease, I recommend subletting and then taking over the lease because the rent would become more expensive, but it would be a year lease from august to august 2025. - fully furnished bedroom/unit - 3 full bathrooms - in unit washer and dryer - 2 fridges and dishwasher - pantry - A/C The unit is located in sandy hill just right next to UOttawa campus. It is a 2 minute walk to the LRT and about a 10> minute walk to places like loblaws, gym, coffee shops etc. The area is not very loud and quite safe. My roomates are all respectful, clean and organized. They dont host gatherings much, are relatively quiet and dont create problems between each other. Some may not be here during the summer.
