| Renting a spacious room + private bathroom starting June 1st for $860 monthly (includes utilities/wifi) in a beautiful three-level townhouse. Room includes a fireplace and storage space, and is located on the lower basement level. Property also includes a backyard with patio, free parking, laundry, central A/C, and a dishwasher. You would share the townhouse with two others (including me) who have rooms on the upper level and my friendly cat. We share the kitchen/dining room and partial bathroom on the main level. Both of us are young professionals, clean, and easy to get along with. I am very outdoorsy and love hiking, biking, rock climbing, and travelling. Looking for a female or non-binary person that is clean, respectful, anti-racist, 2SLGBTQ+ inclusive, and who recycles/composts. |
