| Room in Two Bedroom Apartment available Immediately/May 1st I am looking for a quiet professional/student to share a 2 bedroom apartment available immediately or May 1st. I will be the only other person in the apartment. The bedroom is unfurnished but the living rooming has a couch and dining table but you are free to replace them if you want to. The location is ideal for someone without a car it is located next to a public transit station and has many shops nearby and isn't too far from the beach! Rent includes all utilities (water,electricity and internet (Rogers Ignite)). Parking is extra. Paid Laundry is available in the basement. Non-Smokers only / No Pets / No overnight guests No Lease agreement. I would like 2 months notice before departure. First and last required. I'm looking for a long term roommate 6 months or longer. If interested please tell me a little about yourself, how long you plan to rent and when you would be available to view the room. |
