| Looking for a PART-TIME roommate! Need to come into town a few days a week for RTO and crash in a cozy, perfectly located spot? This might be a good fit for you. Sorry but not considering full time roommates. The accommodations: Private 75 square foot room (can fit a bed and a desk, dresser). You can't find a better, location, right between Bank and Elgin and roughly a 10 minute walk from any downtown office building, LRT. The apartment itself is well furnished. The room is pictured with a bed but won't be furnished, however I could furnish it for extra or help you set things up. Me: I'm a mid 30s government worker from BC, very easy going, bit of a nerd with eclectic interests. Queer friendly (you must be too). Excellent past roommate references available.
