| Hello, I am posting as I am advertising a room in an apartment for rent. It is a bedroom, unfurnished, with a common area (kitchen, living room, bathroom). The rental period is between May-April (2025-26) but there is the option of a summer sublet. Rent is $666.60 a month excluding wifi and hydro. Our apartment is located in Vanier, close to the intersection of Vanier Parkway and McArthur Avenue, leaving us close to several bus routes, main roads, and walking paths leading to parks and places like uOttawa. Wifi, hydro, and laundry are extra. Laundry is located in the building however. There is also an option of renting a parking space for an additional fee. Smoking is not permitted in the apartment and there are restrictions on pets, it is key to note that there will be a cat living in this apartment come the fall university semester (he’s very friendly :)). We’re happy to have people look around and provide pictures of the space if needed. Also please note, photos show the room as furnished but it will be unfurnished and empty at your arrival.
